The AMSEC SF6036E5 boasts a remarkable combination of security features, making it an exceptional choice at a reasonable price point. Sporting a 60-minute fire rating, the 3/16″ steel plate door is fortified with three layers of fire-insulating drywall, complemented by a two-stage dual fire seal system, including a silicone seal on the door jamb and an expandable Palusol seal. This design has earned an ETL verified fire rating of 60 minutes at 1200°.
EConstructed with a 12-gauge solid steel body, the safe incorporates fire insulating material for added protection. The door features the ESL5 Electronic Lock with an illuminated keypad, safeguarded by a drill-resistant hard plate equipped with an external spring-loaded re-locking device. Users also have the option of an additional Group II combination lock.
Entering the correct combination activates the ultra-smooth cam-driven locking mechanism, enhancing the 3-point tri-spoke handle to retract the bolts. A slip clutch feature adds an extra layer of security by preventing excessive torque during break-in attempts.
