The VG6 Gamma 300BLK is a hybrid muzzle brake and compensator designed specifically for 300 Blackout AR-15 builds. The 5/8-24 thread pitch is the standard for 300 Blackout barrels, and the Gamma 300BLK ports are tuned for the gas signature of the 300BLK cartridge. 300 Blackout produces a different pressure curve than 5.56, and using a device sized and ported for that specific caliber delivers better results than a general-purpose brake. The stainless steel bead-blasted version adds corrosion resistance alongside its functional role as a muzzle control device. It is compatible with both supersonic and subsonic 300 Blackout loads as a standalone muzzle device.
