Rugged Obsidian 45 Pistol Suppressor
The Rugged team is build of solid engineers who work hard to design and build great functionality. Unlike some of the mega brands who build a number of products, Rugged builds silencers, and they are doing a good job at that, so Charlie’s is happy to bring Rugged to you.
The Obsidian 45 is brilliant. In one suppressor, you have the capability to run it hot full auto in 45 cal with maximum noise reduction as an 8.7″ full length, or to shrink the footprint and run 9mm in “K mode” at 6.7″.
Booster System – For use with a pistol that utilizes a tilting, or sliding barrel. The Booster System temporarily relieves the weight of the suppressor from the barrel, in order for the pistol to cycle. (Check out a video VSO Gun Channel did of a Booster System in action here.) Be sure to lubricate the piston before each use to allow the suppressor and firearm to cycle efficiently. We recommend white lithium grease as it withstands heat well.
