The STR (Sporting/Tactical/Recreational) stock features a thick ribbed rubber butt pad for recoil absorption and shoulder retention, two ambidextrous QD sling sockets for flexible sling attachment, and a covered storage compartment in the butt for batteries or accessories. A cam-lock interface at the buffer tube reduces wobble and rattle during movement. The STR adjusts to six positions on a mil-spec carbine buffer tube and is a drop-in fit for any standard mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver.
