The MOE Fixed Carbine Stock is a non-collapsible stock for mil-spec diameter carbine buffer tubes that locks in a single fixed length-of-pull position on the buffer tube. This design is used where collapsible stocks are restricted by state law, in competition divisions requiring a fixed stock, or by shooters who prefer the rigidity of a non-adjustable design. The rubber butt pad absorbs recoil and maintains shoulder contact during rapid fire. The Fixed Carbine Stock is compatible with any mil-spec diameter carbine buffer tube on a standard AR-15 lower receiver and installs with a stock screw — no modification to the lower receiver is required. The polymer construction keeps the stock lightweight while providing sufficient durability for field and range use.
The MOE Fixed Carbine stock permanently locks on the mil-spec carbine buffer tube without the adjustment mechanism of a collapsible stock, providing a solid, rigid stock platform with no wobble or movement once installed. Fixed carbine stocks are required in states with assault weapons regulations prohibiting adjustable stocks on centerfire semi-automatic rifles. The MOE Fixed Carbine stock mounts to any standard mil-spec carbine buffer tube — the same tube used by standard collapsible stocks — and provides a length of pull equivalent to the middle positions of a standard six-position adjustable stock.
