Blue Jay is FMK’s answer to a build that shouldn’t look like everything else on the rack. The AR-1 eXtreme in Blue Jay is the same receiver underneath: composite polymer instead of forged aluminum, mil-spec internals that accept any standard AR-15 parts kit, and clearance for uppers up to .50 Beowulf. Matte blued, 4.3 oz, lifetime warranty.
Everything else the build needs is in our 16″ 5.56 rifle kit that ships without a lower, and the rest of the stripped lower receivers are here.
