This 9″ .22LR complete AR-15 upper gives you a black mil-spec upper receiver and a 9″ M-LOK handguard, built as a lightweight, low-cost option for training and plinking on your existing AR-15 lower. As a dedicated .22LR conversion upper it doesn’t use a mil-spec 5.56 BCG — you’ll need a .22LR-specific bolt and charging handle to finish the build.
