Colt M4 Carbine marked lower. 100% Colt parts, with the QR code on the magazine well. CR serial number, blah, blah, blah.
These are the 2018/19 design and serial number, but production is current year production. We call them 2018/19 as Colt changed their production serial numbers and QR coding at that time. Some might be 2018, some might be 2020, a small number could be 2021, all current production, or production that has been in our warehouse for a while.
Charlie’s sources new Colt factory lowers and also “take-offs” from full rifles. This item is a rifle take-off. Not used, only fired at Colt factory for testing. Not eligible for a pistol build.
All lowers are sold no return policy, as we do not accept returns for firearms, unless your FFL advises of damage. Scrapes and scratches are not damage on this lower, that is called “Colt.”
Charlie’s also offers the 2020 Production Colt M4 Carbine Complete Lower Receiver, which is identical in manufacturer, but has slightly different left magwell markings, and will be more available than the now older production models.

Buying and shipping through Charlie’s is easy, but there is some information you need to know. This item must ship to FFL holder. No civilian exceptions.
1) Check your state laws to make sure the federally regulated item you want to purchase is legal in your state.
2) Find your FFL… Have your dealer send us a copy of their FFL to Charlie’s (Make them earn their fee!!!)
3) Be patient! You should hear from our compliance department within 3-4 business days. If not, feel free to reach out for a status update.
