These are the 2020+ Carbine design and serial number, and production is current year production. We call them 2020 as Colt changed the magwell engraving to “Cabine”, dropping the M4 Carbine label for production, and serial numbers and QR coding at that time followed the 2018-2026 production.
Charlie’s sources new Colt factory lowers and also “take-offs” from full rifles. This item is a rifle take-off. Not used, only fired at the Colt factory for testing. Not eligible for a pistol build.
Item is exactly as shown in the picture, which shows the full lower receiver. This item left the Colt factory as a rifle, so it cannot be used as a pistol. Charlie’s is one of the largest sellers of 100% Colt rifles, uppers, and Colt parts.
All lowers are sold without the ability to return the item, as we do not accept returns for firearms, unless your FFL advises us of damage. Scrapes and scratches are not “damages” on this lower; that is called “Colt.”
