CAT JL Titanium QD 7.62 Suppressor — “Johnny Law”: precision-rifle can in additive-manufactured titanium
The CAT Johnny Law is a precision-rifle suppressor built by engineers who weren’t willing to settle for off-the-shelf solutions. The entire can is additive-manufactured from 6Al4V titanium, which lets CAT build internal geometries that simply aren’t possible with conventional machining or welded construction. The result is a lightweight, aerospace-grade .308-class suppressor optimized for long-barrel precision work — CAT’s stated sweet spot is a 20″ .308 platform, with the M110A2 as the reference build.

The Spooky mounting system runs left-hand threads on the suppressor against right-hand threads on the muzzle device — so if the can ever gets stuck and needs a wrench, the muzzle device stays on the barrel instead of getting trapped inside the suppressor. Smart design, field-proven logic. CAT rates the Johnny Law up to .300 Win Mag and .300 PRC with barrels above 22″; .300 RUM and .300 Norma are not rated.
