This 2 pack of Daytona Tactical 80% AR-15 lower receivers starts with a top-quality mil-spec 7075-T6 aluminum forging, CNC machined to the tolerances required to be considered 80 percent complete and still not a firearm under federal law. Each receiver can be finished by a DIY builder with basic tooling and a compatible 80% lower jig. After machining, every receiver is inspected, tumbled to remove sharp edges, bead blasted for a uniform finish, and then hardcoat anodized in an 8625 Type III Class 2 black finish for a tough, corrosion-resistant part.
